2.1 Requirements for Access: Before obtaining entry to the administrative panels of CTCservers, you are required to submit personal data, which is securely maintained within our records. It is the subscriber's obligation to ensure all provided details are exhaustive, precise, and authentic. The Company maintains the right to deny service access if we identify any inaccuracies, omissions, or deceptive data within the submission. Furthermore, we reserve the authority to halt or terminate your access at any juncture, without any refund, in the event that fraudulent behavior is suspected.
2.2 Limited Usage License: Under the framework of these Terms and Conditions, CTCservers provides you with a restricted, non-transferable, and non-exclusive personal license to utilize our services. Our infrastructure is dedicated solely to private and sanctioned commercial objectives; any unlawful application is strictly forbidden. You are responsible for preventing any unauthorized infiltration or exploitation of our systems. The Company reserves the right to regulate bandwidth usage and implement network security protocols. Any unsanctioned utilization of our resources will result in the immediate revocation of this license, and violators may face legal prosecution to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
In order to uphold a secure, compliant, and dependable environment, CTCservers strictly implements a mandatory KYC protocol.
3.1 Mandated Information: Clients are required to furnish authentic and original data, encompassing their Full Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Physical Address, Country, and Postal Code.
3.2 General Protocol: If data is identified as erroneous or fraudulent, you will receive a single opportunity to rectify and resubmit your information alongside a valid government-issued identification and biometric authentication. While we serve a global market, transactions initiated through VPNs, Proxies, or Tor networks will be automatically identified and declined.
3.3 Refund Policy for KYC Non-Compliance: Should you fail to submit the necessary valid KYC credentials, refunds will be strictly limited to payments processed via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex). 4.2 Payment Modalities and Delinquency: If an account carries an unpaid balance for more than 24 hours, CTCservers reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services until the total amount is received. We support various payment methods, including Credit Cards, Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/USDT), Bank Wire Transfers, and other authenticated systems.
4.3 Refund Policy: CTCservers does not provide refunds, barring circumstances explicitly defined within our Service Level Agreement (Section 11) or in cases of a verified billing error.
4.4 Recurring Automated Billing: By utilizing a Credit Card, the subscriber acknowledges the activation of an automated recurring payment schedule upon the initial purchase. Funds will be debited automatically on each subsequent due date. No refunds will be granted for automated subscription renewals. To terminate a subscription, the user must process a cancellation via the client dashboard or submit a support ticket prior to the upcoming renewal date.
4.5 Installation Fees: Setup charges for dedicated server hardware are generally waived, except in instances necessitated by specialized third-party configuration requirements.
5.1 High-Performance Dedicated and Bare Metal Servers: CTCservers delivers robust server infrastructure characterized by scalable processing power, volatile memory (RAM), and varied storage configurations.
5.2 Colocation Infrastructure:Our comprehensive colocation packages include redundant power supply, dedicated cabinet space, high-capacity uplink connectivity, and specific IP address allocations.
5.3 DDoS Protection and Mitigation:We implement stringent Level 3 ingress traffic filtering designed to defend against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks spanning Layer 1 through Layer 6.
5.4 Global IP Transit:CTCservers provides a wide range of worldwide IP transit connectivity solutions exclusively for our colocation clientele.
All digital assets and materials accessible via our network are the exclusive proprietary property of CTCservers. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding any infringement of copyright. The replication, distribution, alteration, or transmission of our website content is strictly prohibited unless preceded by express written authorization. Engaging with our services does not bestow upon the subscriber any ownership or intellectual property entitlements.
To preserve the safety, stability, and operational integrity of our global infrastructure, CTCservers mandates a rigorous Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). The deployment of our resources for hosting, retaining, disseminating, or advocating any of the following activities is strictly forbidden:
LEGAL NOTICE: Should an account be identified as hosting illicit materials such as unauthorized media (e.g., illegal MP3 files), pirated software, hacker programs, warez programs, or any other unlawful files it will face immediate closure without prior warning. CTCservers will escalate and report such violations to the appropriate legal authorities.
COMPLIANCE AND ZERO-TOLERANCE MANDATE Subscribers are strictly cautioned that our servers must not be utilized for unauthorized or malicious objectives. Discovery of such use will result in immediate termination without notice or refund.
CTCservers maintains a stringent Zero-Tolerance policy regarding Ransomware and Dark Web operations. Servers facilitating Ransomware or Dark Web marketplaces will be summarily seized. Full connection logs, history, and complete KYC documentation will be unconditionally surrendered to international law enforcement for prosecution.
8.1 Lien on Equipment: CTCservers retains the authority to take possession of any colocated hardware should an account balance remain outstanding for a period surpassing 30 days.
8.2 Cessation of Service for Contractual Breach: Should a subscriber neglect to provide payment on time or commit a violation of any provision within this contract, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel services. Following such a termination, the Company holds the right to perform a secure deletion of all data hosted on the servers.
9.1 Infrastructure Upgrades: Requested service enhancements will be enacted at the start of your following billing period , unless an immediate implementation is prioritized and paid for in its entirety.
9.2 Deployment Schedules: Typical service installations are concluded within a 24-hour window , while the time required for dedicated server provisioning is subject to variation based on current hardware inventory.
To terminate a service, a formal request must be logged through a verified support ticket no later than 24 hours preceding the subsequent billing deadline. Upon initiating a cancellation, the subscriber accepts responsibility for all fees accumulated until the official cessation of service. CTCservers does not provide pro-rated reimbursements for cancellations requested during an active billing period.
CTCservers maintains a 99.99% network availability commitment. In the event that this uptime benchmark is not achieved due to internal system disruptions, subscribers may qualify for service credits. Please note that all initial configuration and setup fees are strictly non-reimbursable. Clients are obligated to reach out to our support specialists for the timely resolution of any technical concerns or discrepancies.
12.1 Data Archival and Backup Responsibility: CTCservers does not perform automated data backups or archival processes unless a dedicated managed backup solution is specifically procured by the subscriber. It is the exclusive obligation of the subscriber to establish and retain independent, off-site redundancies for all data hosted on our infrastructure.
12.2 Indemnification and Liability Disclaimer: At no point shall CTCservers, its executives, or its workforce be held accountable for any data destruction, hardware malfunctions, component degradation, security incursions, loss of revenue, or consequential business losses resulting from the utilization or the inability to utilize our services.
CTCservers is exempted from any liability for delays or failures in the fulfillment of its obligations under these Terms of Service if such disruptions are caused by events surpassing our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, unforeseen natural catastrophes, acts of war, terrorist incidents, governmental mandates, significant international internet outages, or catastrophic failures of the power grid.
CTCservers retains the exclusive authority to modify these Terms and Policies at any time. All revisions will be made public by hosting the updated document on our official website. Your persistent use of our infrastructure following such modifications serves as conclusive evidence of your agreement to the updated terms. Should you find any amendments unacceptable, you are required to immediately initiate a service termination request and discontinue the use of our platform.
These Terms of Service are regulated by and shall be interpreted pursuant to the legislation of the United States. Any controversies or legal claims emerging from or associated with these Terms shall be submitted to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts situated within the United States.
